My fixed and sliding sheaves are starting to crack from the inside out on the belt surface. I can get a clutch from eBay from an 02 Viper that has a ring gear in it. I'm wondering if this clutch will work on my 99 venture 700. compared part numbers and they are all the same except for the fixed inner sheeve and ring gear. The part number for the cover, sliding shieve, spider, and cover are the same between the two sleds. I'm just thinking the part numbers that don't match up are updated? any help would be great guys thanks

It will work fine. Just change weights and spring out.

Just wasn't sure what the difference in the part numbers was when I compared I was just wanting to be sure before I bought it. It's the same part number for the starter motor on both sleds so I guess it will work fine

All pro action clutches are the same. The older ones had the short covers not exactly sure on year. Just springs and weights different. To be sure swap covers as well.
