2002 vmax 600 triple lost one cylinder

This sled has 3k on it lean condition on third cylinder if it needs a piston what brand would you recommend and should I do the head gasket mod while I have it apart and if so does it need to be jetted different..... Thanks in advance

I would stick to a yamaha piston personaly.
Also it would be a good time to remove the middle layer of your head gaskets. Rejet is not required but keep an eye on plug colours and run good quality high octane fuel. Goodluck
