I need to replace the output/delivery tubing from the oil pump. The smaller ID tubing (I believe 4mm ID) can be purchased through Yamaha but comes in pre-cut length's = $$$$$. Can anyone provide a part number to reference to buy it by the foot? I need to do 2 sleds. Cheers!

I don't have a part number but I bought some from local auto parts store. Worked fine and you can get it by the foot. Just take a piece with you to match up.

Thanks for the reply. Having trouble finding "metric" sized tubing. This is for Benders direct oil injection kit. The hoses on this sled allowed oil to slowly seep out causing a mess so I need to get this corrected.

I used yellow Tygon found at NAPA that you can purchase by the foot. Then the problem was that the Yamaha squeeze clamp didn't work because the tube wall thickness was different. You can buy metric clamps on ebay bags of ten.

Second the Tygon line.I've had it on one of my sleds for a number of years now it it fits fine. It's 1/8" I think that I used for the oil line but I'd have to double check that.

Thank you gents! Local small engine shop had some hose (not labelled "Tygon") but fits nice and snug so I'll give it a try.
