I have numbers 1,2,3 on the clutch itself, and 0 3 6 9 on my helix. How do I set my preload to a “60” wrap or an “80” wrap etc... I’m very new to this, any detailed description on how to physically set the spring in place would be great ! Thanks !
3 in your clutch and 3 helix make 60 ...
2 in your clutch 6 helix make 80 degree and so on

You add the two numbers together and multiply by 10,so which ever number on the sheave you use gets added to whichever number on the helix used and multiply by 10.So Like modsrx said 60 degrees of wrap mean you use hole 3 on the sheave and hole 3 on the helix.3+3 = 6x10 is 60 degrees.
