Quick question, are the pistons for a 700 viper the same as the SRX pistons? If so that would make them interchangeable correct. Im aware the engines are basically the same, with the Viper crank being 2lbs lighter but with slightly different porting, but I dont know if the Pistons are the same. If someone could clarify this for me it would be great Thx
they will fit and work but the differences is that the srx piston has a coating on the ringlands to help not stick and the piston weights are slightly different with the viper piston being slightly lighter. they both use the same part number 8dn rings,clips and wristpins.
