Did you check piston for being out of round? What about cylinder out of round. Appears like you have many high spots in cylinder.

Figured this should finalize the answer to this mystery

it likely has a bad mag side crankseal then, you cant get spray around it with stator and flywheel on it, its inside the case.

I'm screwed again!!! Any idea what caused this?

more then likely the bad mag side crankseal that took out the first one.....
