In a nut shell just have the throttle cable as loose as you can and still have the carb throttle lever come alll the way open when throttle it pushed to the bars. There is no specific adjustment for torrs. They call for a 2mm gap at the throttle before the cable moves the throttle lever on carb. This has always worked well for me and I have all my torrs hooked up and working.

Do they want the tors switch to close the circuit when the sled is resting at idle? I too am a bit confused with this system.
I noticed with multimeter I had continuity on the tors switch as the sled was sitting there. The idle screw was borderline actuating the switch.
Should it (idle screw) be backed off just a C-hair to allow the TORS to open the circuit at IDLE as opposed to have the circuit closed?
