My handwarmers and thumbwarmer is not working on my 03 Viper. How many volts should be running to them. I am only getting about 1.8. What are the steps to trouble shoot these?

they are wired in series, so you can unhook and rehook up 1 at a time to see which one is bad is usually the easiest way to find problem
