started out with linkage to run autolube and a keihen carb and I could imagine someone throwing it away as none of
mine aged well or liked ethanol.. A few of mine have been swapped out to tillistons.
I have seen people fit mik slides on them but I'm trying to remember if the EX440 was single and Mik but
would be reed valves..+
have look at this site as well ..
http://www.boats.net/parts/search/Yamaha/Snowmobile/1977/EX440A/CARBURETOR/parts.html
...
that is picture of 440 / 433 with reeds from a 77 ex440 and gives jetting ,,, the adapt from bolts to mik is different than
shown for 340 BUT shows same part number 8E8 14101-00-00 for 77 ex340 and 77ex440... with 150 main.
...
the 72 /73 433 models seem to use diff carb parts than my 74's...
You will also need to recable etc
