Since the upper OEM 7” wheels are naturally on back order from Japan, can I just use the readily available aftermarket Lower 7” wheels? so long as I install the larger bearing?
or to keep it even more simple, is there an aftermarket upper 7 with installed bearing?
The back ordered OEM upper 7” is 8EK-47550-00-00.
i cannot remember what the upper 7” wheel’s bearing number is, but the axle is 25mm.

Get the SRX ones. Same thing but come with the replaceable bearing. Plus much cheaper. I changed all mine to SRX ones.
If you want some billet aluminum uppers I'll sell you some I have here. Think they would fit the OEM suspension but would have to check for sure.
