I WAS WONDERING WHY THE GENESIS MOTOR IN THE NEW MODEL SLEDS ARE 150HP AND THE NEW R1 GENESIS MOTOR IS A CLAIMED 180HP. ARE THESE MOTORS DIFFERENT? WHY MORE HP IN THE BIKE?

The R1 motor is completely different than the new Apex motor. Even the RX-1 motor hasn't been the same as the R1 since the 2003 R1 model year.
