Swapping my handle bars for a complete set due to broken kill switch and high beam button. This piece fell on the ground, it fits perfectly in the throttle block where the cable goes thru, however there is no slot for the cable? This piece fell on the ground when I pulled my original bars of the bench, maybe it was on the bench previously?

THAT IS A SOLID BEARING FOR THE PARKING BRAKE... how do I know.. I just uninstalled mine yesterday to make way for hand guards bracket. it goes on the bigger screw on the lever..
thats why the brake wouldnt let the cable swivel, TY
