Hey guys,
I'm helping a friend rebuild his 2003 Viper ER engine and we can't figure out how these engines distribute oil properly. We Can't find a schematic or explanation anywhere. The one low compression cylinder has an oil feed port on the bottom case slinging the lower rod, but not the other two. How do the other 2 cylinders get oil? We see the hose going to the fuel pump from the oil pump. Is the fuel pump mixing the oil into the fuel going to the carbs. If so, isn't the low compression cylinder getting extra oil from the port below?
