I'm curious what it would take to swap a secondary clutch from an 03 viper to a 92 phazer II

here is how you do it on a 4 stroke phazer. clutch looks the same as the old 2 stroke ones i have hanging around in stock form. might do this mod once i run low on phazer II secondarys.
