Carb update 95 Phazer 2 le

hello I'm doing a tlcjob on my new phaser I've had the carb rack out cleaned inspected pilot jets replaced black plugs etc etc how in the beck do I know if the "carb update" has been done and does the nozzle come out of the carb I believe I saw a 80£ on one ill recheck just want to be safe! Thanks.

I've also replaced all fuel lines what should I get for the injector lines to the manifolds they're loose and hard spin around!
