Had a miss in the engine so I cleaned the carbs since it's been a while. The miss is gone but I developed a sticking RPM of about 4000. This happens after I have accelerated and come back down to a stop. It will stay at 4000 about 90% of the time. If I crack the throttle quick once or twice, it will usually come down to 1800 where I set it. It will also idle fine if I shut it off and start it again right away. Otherwise it runs fine and has plenty of power. Thoughts? Thanks!

I know the boots on my air box to the carb are good and tight. Funny thing is when I took them off to clean the carbs, one boot wasn't on all the way and was missing the screw for it's clamp. Anyway, I'll try turning my fuel screws out 2 turns and lowering the idle to 1200. Thanks!
