Can any of you post the ignition timing graph for the 01-02 700 Viper? I believe Yamaha had it shown in the 2001-2002 update manual back in the day and I no longer have any of my literature unfortunately.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Holy crap! I've been searching for this info for a month now! Can anyone help? To the original post, respectfully, would anyone have the timing curve for the 2000 and up SRX as well?

Thanks for posting. I have that info but I was wondering if someone has the complete timing graph / specs for each motor?

Thanks 383stroker, does the Viper box carry that 13 degree's out to 10000 RPM or does it drop back?
For those running the MachZ rack carbs are you making up an adaptor for a TPS to utilize the Viper 3D ignition or just leaving it unplugged?

I am not sure what the timing does above 9000rpm. I didn't really find anyone that knew what the timing did above that. I have a 700improver running a viper cdi box with the tps unplugged just because the tps sensor is bad and spin it to 9800rpm. And my dad is running an improver 780 with a viper cdi box with 42.5mm carbs with no tps spinning it to 10 000rpm. Hope that helps

Will the Viper CDI plug into the 98-99 SRX harness or is the 01 harness a must?

Must be an 01 harness. Had to switch my 2000 to an 01 wiring harness
