Hey guys, brother has a 95 vmax 4 and is trying to figure out what came in the struts for oil. Dealer was not very helpful. I'm not very active on the two stroke side, but very active on the four stroke side.
Any info from others with Vmax 4 would be appreciated.

Man it’s been forever since I had a strut apart, I’m sure I wrong but I don’t remember any oil?
i thought unless they where olins ones that they where not rebuildable.

I've stripped a couple vmax4's and the struts didn't look serviceable. Try vmax4 forum. Someone there will know for sure.

Yes they are serviceable. The VM4s are a bit different than my XT6s, but are still rebuildable.
