Air intake foam under the speedo is rotten...replacement?

I pulled my '95 800 out of storage for the first time in 2 years to find the intake foam on the hood, under the speedo, has disintegrated. What are you guys using as a suitable replacement and where did you source it from?

ONLY cut to length. Don't worry(or cut) about the scrunching that'll happen @ the steering stem.

It's called gutter guard at Home Depot and it works and looks great!
