Who runs what for chain case oil?

Whatever oil is on hand. I've used everything from straight 30 weight, to 20/50, to 80/90.

i use 75w90 or 75w140 royal purple in all my stuff because i like it. any 80w90 oil will do the job just fine.

I got my hands on some snythetic stuff from work I believe it’s called swepco? Or swebco something like that I’m gonna try it

As you can see it really doesn't matter. What does matter is that it is changed at a reasonable interval. Very similar to car oil change intervals.
