Mikuni carb swap help please!!!!

I have a 1973 Yamaha gp338 the only year that made that motor with the twin carbs. I want to swap the unreliable keihin carbs to Mikuni carbs . Do I need two Mikuni carbs or one carb and what size Mikuni???
Please help
