You're going to have to update to a newer style throttle cable. I want to say 2005 viper or newer.
There is not a company that makes a clamp on style throttle block, ask me how I know lol.
Newer vipers had a 1 to 2 cable style. That should work for a clamp style throttle block you are asking about.
