I did a search with not much luck. Is anyone aware of any distinguishable differences between these seats? It appears they have different part numbers through Yamaha. Let me know, Thanks
starting 2000, the Yamaha lettering is considerably larger.
I think on some the side bolsters are black, and some years blue, but cant recall which is which.
Just google pics of different years, and you will find your answer.

2000 had black bolsters. All others were blue
