I picked up a new project this week. 03 viper mountain with Boss seat and powder pro skis. One cylinder is low on compression and crank seal on Pto side is bad( which caused the burndown). Gave $750 for it so I'm happy. Motor is out just waiting on parts.

Motor split. Not sure on my plans for it. Might just give it to my wife to ride. She hates the seat on her Mountain max.

i think you better weld up that y pipe as it is cracked in your pic.

Are you replacing pistons? What kit are you using for the rebuild?

Sled only has 1800 miles on it so just replacing the pto side piston as it burned down from the leaking pto crank seal.

Y pipe actually got replaced with one I had laying here that was in alot better shape...thanks for looking out though. [emoji106]

I have a Viper seat on my 700 Venture. It looks awesome but it sucks in ergonomic and comfort. I imagine the Boss seat is world's ahead and vastly superior.
