I know vmaxjohn has been preaching about these for a while. I put them on my srx yesterday along with Bergstrom 6 inch carbides. WOW - the ski savers made a huge improvment in loose and powdery snow! It was like I bought aftermarket skis. The best part is they came free with the Bergstrom carbides!

I run the berstrom ski savers with stud boy shaper bars on my c&a pros skis. I have a 03 viper and they work great in all conditions. After 1050 miles last year on that setup the skis look great plus it helps the dart.

I'm using the the triple points, second season on the them and there still like new money. The combination of ski savers, shims and triple points have elimated darting (totally), saved my ski bottoms, help alot in loose snow and they rail in any condition. Best carbide I've used. Well worth the extra bucks if you can swing it.
