Repair rail??
I had a really hard time trying to find a replacement rail so I had a guy weld the broken one and now I am putting the skid back together. I also picked up the kimpex replacement shocks since it was all apart already

Gotcha. Be aware that the rails are heat treated and that weld is obviously not. Inspect very frequently until you are sure that it will endure the pounding.
As far as torques ....... German torque.

Boy for the price of weld repair and kimpex throw away shocks, I think you could have got a poo or ski doo skid with rebuildable shocks.
