What is everyone doing for tracks on these units ? Cant buy new and all used are shot as well
anyone swpping in new skid and running somthing else like a phazer track or somthing else ?

Depends if it's a long or short track.
The long tracks are very common 2.52 pitch X 136" tracks and have hexagon driveshaft.
Don't remember the short track specs but they have a square driveshaft and an older outdated pitch and length witch makes them hard to replace.

barn of parts (site sponsor) makes a driver conversion kit for the square shaft sleds. he was also looking at making rail extensions to make it into a 121" track sled.

There are some leftover reproductions and takeoffs here and there, but they are rare.
IMHO the best thing you can do is put in a 121 skid. This opens up a lot of options for tracks.
