Quick question from a rookie trying to rebuild a Phazer 485 in Denmark were parts are a shortage...(and so are snow)
Does the 570 exciter and the 485 Phazer share a common Crankshaft ? is it interchangeable? can I use the exiter crankshaft in my phazer case?

they are 2 totally different part numbers. there might be parts that exchange between the 2 but as a whole, no. the air cooled venture from the same years is the same crank by part numbers.
i did just see a crank on ebay and i even think it was rebuilt too.
