I'm having a hard time finding part number for reed's for my 97 vmax sx 600. Anybody know what other model sleds use the same reeds? Wheres the best place to order? What brand a guy should go with or stay away from? ....thanks guys
The factory reed petals are part number 3SP-13613-01-00
If you want more performance, replace any broken or chipped stock petals, then do this.

Carbontech for the aftermarket market. 235LTs is what a 97 twin 600 will need.
For a stock motor it is Carbontech or OEM. Anything else and you are wasting your money.
Personally, I've had Carbontechs on all of my two-smokers. Seems to be smoother and starting is much improved.

I have a like new set sitting in my shop you can have if you want. I'm in South Dakota too, we may not be too far away>
