I know I have seen some V-max4 faithful amongst the posts here on TY in the 3 years I have been coming here. I have been trying to get a close friend of mine onto a more up to date sled for years. (He's been riding an 83 excel III). Well, we found him a great deal on a really beautiful 93 V-max4. Problem is its bone stock. We're putting 192 studs in this week, I've cleaned all 4 carbs for him and it runs really nice. Just wanted to know if any of the Old School fellas had some clutching suggestions for me with this one? I've played plenty with my SRX....even running V-max4 weights in it right now.....but when it comes to the older 750's I just haven't been able to find much information on them. We're also looking for a set of Quad pipes for him too....I had always heard that Reichard made a good set.... Any thoughts would be appreciated......thanks guys.
