On a couple of my sleds, the belly pan sags in the center, just behind the shocks.
This makes the hood fit tight in the front and rear, but have a gap in the center.
Anyone come up with a solution to make this better ??

Can you take a picture of it? Never had any problems with belly pans on any of my sleds.
A couple of bucks

Just spitballing here .... can threaded rod & a turnbuckle be used and not look too redneckish?

I think your spitball hit me in the eye! lol...
That idea may be beyond my eyeballs tolerance level.
I wonder about drilling out the rivets at the bottom center of the bellypan for about a foot or so, then using washers to space the belly pan away from the frame maybe 1/4".
Then re-rivet and fill new gap with black silicone?
I think that may push the center up enough to make the hood gap better in the center.
