I am looking for the diameter and thread pitch for the set screws on the drive shaft bearing. I know they are sold separately from the bearing. I just need the size.

If you have the bearing, run down to the nearest ACE with it. Our ACE has an entire isle on both sides w/ those pull out trays. Imperial & metric sizes.

Unfortunately the set screw is a very odd size. Its a 6mmx.75. Ace does not have that size. I found a tap in our tool room that fit

any old sleds around you can steal them from? i always keep a few from all the ones i have replaced over the years. they are the same bearing in all the sx/rx/rx/apex/vector sleds. i keep a sapre newq one in the tool box in the trailer.

That same bearing is used a lot in agriculture. I found that out while down at the CASE IH store. They keep at least 25+ stocked at all times. Mostly the eccentric type. Remember to install w/ it so that it is locked in the direction of rotation.
