i’ve searched and the only write up i’ve found is for a viper... is it the same process and items needed?

Same exact process. They are all interchangeable with the pro action sleds.
are the parts different between the twins and triples? i would assume so but you never know

No difference, All the same. The starter plug from the harness can be in different spots but they are all pre wired in the harness.
