What are guys using when they replace the oil line from the tank to the pump? I am looking at ordering a few things for this years pre season maintenance and the oil tank lines are on the list but I don't know if there's a good fitting off the shelf line that will work or if I should just order new oem ones from Yamaha and be done with it.I know oem is metric line, found that out when doing the carb lines,so I want to make sure I have tight sealing line.If someone has use off the shelf line what size did you go with?

Personally, i use only Yamaha stuff. Both fuel one oil. Otherwise, it’s generally too tight or too loose.
Only a few bucks per line, worth it in my opinion.

I went through that with aftermarket fuel line and my first experience ended being too loose and cost me a tank of gas in like 60 miles so I went to oem fuel lines.I figured the original oil tank line has been on the engine since '98 and is still in one piece but overdue for replacement so I guess I'll stick with another one.
