In the 2002 srx I purchased, I noticed after I got it home the one cylinder head bolt was loose. I know there are 2 different length and since I'm not home currently could someone post the lenth for both bolts, I figured somehow a short one was put in wrong hole. The motor only has 2000ish km on it, and i couldnt see any pulled threads from the head when i pull the floating bolt out.
Thanks

there are 2 longer bolts on each head and they go on either side of the water/antifreeze inlet. not sure what the length is. you'll have to take one bolt out at a time and retorque until you find the correct ones. i'm sure when they were torqued down you or whoever did it would have noticed they bottomed out. it might just be the bolt wasn't torqued properly or missed.

Thank you for confirming, i pulled 3 more head bolts and the center cylynder had defineatlety been messed with.. as i found the longer bolt at the 2 oclock position of the driver looking forward.
