Alrighty guys and gals just got done polishing my secondary clutch and putting it back together today only issue is not sure which hole to put the spring in not sure what the numbers mean. 0 3 6 9 please help. Didnt realize when I took it apart where it was.

I assume it’s for 1996 XT?
If it’s a 500, set it at 70 which is 1 in the clutch, and 6 in the helix
If it’s a 600, set it at 50, which is 2 in the clutch, and 3 in the helix

Stock is 50*. But put it back in the 60* position though. The clutch end of the spring goes in the 3 position. The helix end in the 3 position also. 3+3=60*. The stock 50* would be ...... the clutch end in the 2 hole, the helix end in the 3 hole. 2+3=50*.
