I have 02 sxr 600....i changed the belt about a week ago and ever since there is a squeeking noise coming from the clutch at idle...any ideas on what this may be? And any1 know how to fix it?....thnx

Pull your secondary clucth off. On the back side there are 3 10mm bolts, remove them and take on washer off each bolt and reinstall. This will open your secondary and let the belt have a little slack. It is called belt deflection.

Make sure to give it some time to stretch a couple of good runs and it should stop on its own

yea if the squeeling doesn't bug you just leave it alone, its not going to hurt anything and it keeps your bottom end nice and snappy

You can also check to see if you have rubber built up on the drive clutch. Most likely there is. Clean with a soft cloth and rubbing alcolhol. You don't want to leave a residue on the sheaves.
