I’ve been picking away getting the sled ready for a great winter. Getting ready to install new Aaen pipes and get the cylinders/head ported so I pulled the head off, pic below of the top of pistons after 10,000 miles. Replaced top gear with a 21 tooth, new smaller chain installed. New BOSS seat installed, greased suspension and steering knuckle. Pulled carbs to be cleaned and jetted for new pipes. New fuel filter installed, new battery, spark plugs and inspected entire sled. Found a plug wire halfway cut from rubbing on a zip tie on the next coil over. Just waiting on the new boost bottle and carb boots. Can’t wait to try this beast out with all the new upgrades

Nice! Can't wait to hear about your new triple pipe set up. What track are you running?

I’m running a new 1 1/4” ripsaw track, studded. I have cooler protectors on and no problems so far.
A couple of bucks

Looks as if your clutch side hole is staying nice and cool w/ just the right amount of extra fuel for maximum longevity.

That’s with the stock exhaust and jetting. Cylinders are off to be ported, going to freshen up the top end since it’s apart. The old pistons will be good spares.
