Just wondering what everyone thinks about 85 ss440 I’ve been holding onto for years. It was my dads and I never wanted to part with it. It is really surprisingly clean except for the seat and one thumb warmer wire. Otherwise it’s very clean in and out I think. I ran it around the yard 2 years ago. It ran great! It developed an intermittent spark issue. Every once in awhile no spark, then all of a sudden spark and runs perfect. I think it’s in the kill switch. Needs a windshield from sitting around. Would there be any interest if I sell this thing?
sled value is very regional from what i have seen. with ownership/clean title, i have seen those sleds go for between $1000-2000 depending on condition in my area.
heck i have one that was given to me by an uncle and i plan on making it into a 136"x 1-1/4" tracked sled with a phazer II or phazer st skid as the stock one was shot when we got it.
