i have a 2008 yamaha apex rtx . I have a small problem when sled is cold when i turn on key with 1/2 tank of fuel i can hear fuel splashing back into tank. i can not see where from but i can see fuel moving in tank .i have to crank longer than i should sled starts and runs. if i shut it off leave it sit 15 min i turn the key no splash back and sled starts. great. my question is there is a one way check valve into the tank if fuel is coming back through there(as i said i cant see where fuel is coming in)is is becouds the rail pressure regulator is failing.if it is not what direction is the one way valve ...letting fuel back to tank or holding pressure from tank? i am a diesel mechanic i know big trucks have a restriction valve to hold fuel in the head for easy starts. also when riding sled if you ease off gas and hit the throttle again it will pop not all the time but every now and than i have installed new plugs
