Coolant --- 50/50 or 60/40 of whatever's on sale
Gearbox --- Calls for 80/90 but can be lubed with just about anything. I.E. -- SAE 30 weight.
Zerks --- any LOW TEMPERATURE grease. Or marine grease if you can't find the cold weather stuff.
