1997 vmax 700 not revving out

This summer I cleaned my carbs, put a new track on, changed drive shaft bearings and it will sometimes rev out to about 9300 rpms which is normal because my vmax is not stock but other times it’s only revving to 8000 rpms. It almost feels like it’s running on two cylinders. I’ve tried multiple sets of different spark plugs and the carbs are clean I don’t know what else it could be

and, you don't want to be reving to 9300 lol.
I think it lists stock RPM as around 8300.
You need to add weight to the tip via heavier rivet.

Do a compression check, when was the last time you rebuilt the clutches?

It’s got welded cranks, bored out, ceramic pistons. compression is 118-121. Not spark plug caps. I bought the sled from a buddy last year. I haven’t rebuilt the clutches.
