If it's similar in design to a piston ring, PSI used them too.
If it's similar to a piston ring, can you use stock rings that are used in the twin cylinder exhausts?

I have had to make them before too.
1. I took the compressor to the chop saw and blew off every bit of sawdust. Then changed the blade out for a metal cut-off blade.
2. I went and found the correct sized pipe.
3. Cut a 1/4"(ish) sized relief the length of the pipe.
4. Then throw it in the saw and slice off the proper thickness.
