Just looked at the upper coolant hose on our 04 warrior (770 miles). Where it comes up from below the engine, over the frame rail to (what must be) the thermostat housing. Right where this hose crosses the oil hose to the oil tank it rubs against the oil hose clamp. Got black shavings on my finger and felt the hose dimple. It didn't rub on the projecting clamp ends but on the edges of the clamp. I expect it might take a season or two to wear through but still not fun. Flex hose cover or anti-abrasion tape would cure easy. enough.
