I just want to thank everyone on this site for all the information that is posted on here...I have my 2003 Viper ER at a local shop getting the carbs and fuel system gone through. I get a call from the shop telling me the wrong jets are in the sled and I need 143s put in there for Minnesota/Wisconsin riding. Seemed suspect to me as the guy I bought it from didn’t seem to be a tinkerer. Turns out the Totallyamaha info was correct and whatever parts manual the shop had was wrong.
Thanks everyone!
Thanks everyone!

Yea, good catch. 143 mains would be pretty lean unless at pretty high elevation!

Yes, definitely glad I questioned it! The service manager was very nonchalant about the whole situation, like it was no big deal! Needless to say I won’t be back there! I still wonder what manual they were looking at?!!
