I picked up an XLV with bad skis. Is there an aftermarket or other type that swaps?

kimpex used to make one. ones from an ss440 looks to work from the parts list.

The rear bolt plate on the xlv is farther set back. I don't see a match there. Will have to be dealer.
You could always drill the hole in the right spot?
