Got a 2000 SRX 700. Was riding and sled was running flawless. Same over a bump and it just quit. Has no spark. Stator checks out fine. No rubbed or exposed wires. Unplugged the white relay on the left side of the sled. Got spark back. Put everything back together and it started. Hit the kill switch, then went to start it again and no spark. Any IDEAS?????

Your symptoms do sound like classic rubbed wire harness. Do a search for the info, the main harness under the motor is known to rub through. A search will show how best to access it, repair it, and protect it from happening again. It isn't really hard to do, but is a bit tedious to unwrap, trace all wires for bare spots, tape them up, etc., etc.
I find it much easier to do with the pipes out, getting to the tabs that hold the harness is much easier.

When you check under the motor you should tie string to the harness so you can easily pull it back under the motor
