hi , I have a 2000 yamaha sx 600 r with red heads . The sled keeps losing its fuel even with a new pump on her , she ran great for a few hours after I replaced the pump the next day went to go for a run with her made it about half a mile and she started to back fire again . Checked the cylinders the seem ok lots of compression , but belt side wasnt getting hot , so took everything off clean it , put it all back together and everything repeated agin but it jumped to the belt side not getting effort fuel , help help

try cleaning the flywheel. the trigger sensor picks up on the outside on those and any rust on the flywheel causes weak spark and the issue you are having.
