I have one layer of the head gasket removed, reed spacers installed and a drilled stock can, wondering if anyone would be able to estimate power gains? And what would you recommend for more easy power, of should I try clutching next?

Pipes, jets, and clutch weights should do

Head gasket, reeds spacers, and drilled can were good for around 10hp on the 700 redhead. Definitely needed some clutch work after doing the whole package. Pipes and porting would be the next jumps in performance along with the clutching to get the power to the snow.

You need alot more then that to actually gain a full 10 hp over stock.... Like trail ported cylinders , larger SRX / Viper reeds , drilled air box etc....
Realistically, spacers, drill can, thinned headgasket are probably closer to 5 hp gain, but with MUCH better throttle response and overall improved torque curve.

Pipes are the big one....night and day difference.
I have Bender, SLP, and CPR all on redheads.
Would never own one without pipes. Lol

I know this might be a silly question, but what is the colored plastic pipe people have on their sleds??
