Hello all, new here, thanks for any information

I’m between the SRX and LTX-LE, 2021 model if I like what Yamaha will offer.

I ride on trail only but as fast as conditions and safety allows... not into killing someone, but REALLY like to get on it through the twisties. No desire to lake race whatsoever. Corner to corner, fast power lines, and dealing with bumps as the day develops.
Been riding since I was 10, 35 years experience, 70mph corner with a ski in the air isn’t a problem but smashing through bumps is not in the cards.

Questions:

Has anyone ridden both 2020 or 2019 versions?
Ride quality difference? Other seat of the pants observations?
Does the SRX 1” Ripsaw suck for anything other than hard pack?
Will Yamaha void the driveline warranty if I stud?
Any other observations, information between these two options would be greatly appreciated.

I’m 80% towards the SRX but if it rides like a brick I’m out. And that 1” track bugs me.
Love my Ripsaw 2 w/studs now.

Also, how does the spring purchase work with warranty? Does it start ticking away immediately or upon recipt of the sled?

How many years warranty is available and what is the rough cost?

Lastly, how much wiggle room has anyone seen from full retail on a spring snow check?

Thanks!
